Size of Vivaldi
Vivaldi browser was first declared as Opera follower. However, Opera 12 was a very compact in size. Vivaldi, on the contrary, is huge, even elephantine, and consists of hundreds and thouthands of files. The same for extensions - they are used as unpacked. Is it considered to make Vivaldi a compact browser in terms of size and file number? Or it is assumed to be enormous for ever?
I guess most of the size comes from Chromium. I don't think they can do a lot about that.
Chromium is more or less an entire operating system (look at ChromeOS) and Vivaldi is an App for that OS, but it brings the entire OS along with it - therefore the size.
