Conda Update Spyder vs. Pip-Methods : Some Basic Decisions

hello dear all - good day dear Vivaldi-experts ,
i am so glad that i have found vivaldi - it is my fav-browser and i am very happy with it.
from day to day i learn new features and options. This is just amazing.
btw. i also run Anaconda - on a MX linux box:

btw; my python version is python 3.8.4
my spyder is 4.0.1
vsCode 1.52.1i want to update all these
