Nice, I disabled it, much cleaner now.
UI glitches at the top when you tap the Tab button (dark theme, address bar at the bottom)
[UI] Navigation bar and status bar color changes VAB-3877
When you exit Vivaldi with cleaning browsing data and launch its again, Navigation bar color will glitch.
- when you tap in the search bar you will notice white color background when keyboard is showing up. It doesn't look good and polished.

That search bar is pointless if not customizable like in Firefox,where you can add your own search engine. No Amazon,etc.
