I haven't had any crashes, fortunately, but I have a bug with a disappearing panel occasionally...
Also, I'm getting a message that Vivaldi 3.8.2259.37 is currently the newest version. Is the 3.8.2259.40 version going to be available soon or do I have to update it manually this time?
-
Waiting for 3.9 snappy snap!
-
@Pathduck Same here!
-
@pafflick: 3.8.2259.40 should be available and you should not need to do anything manually
-
@pathduck: We are testing builds internally but currently there is a small issue with the Windows installer, along with a media issue. Both following a Chromium bump. We will try and get one out soon. If it takes a while we might put out the build before the Chromium bump first as this had some other interesting changes and fixes.

@Ruarí Ahh i see, hope to see the icons on the sidebar fixed, in terms of making the lines sharper:)
-
@pafflick Hasn't updated for me yet sadly. Still says i am using: 3.8.2259.37 (Stable channel) (x86_64)
-
@Luxuri I manually updated it:)
-
i am assuming i will have to wait until v3.9 possibly to fix the non starter with linux.?.Not a problem as i shall stay with 3.7 and thank you for your work.
-
@priest72: You mean 32bit (x86) Linux. Yes we are aware of the problem and looking at it. The other 3 Linux archs are fine.
-
@Ruarí yes indeed.32bit puppy linux.
-
@Ruarí , great job as always, but when can we replace or remove this ugly thing from the menu?
-
@Catweazle This ^^
-
@Luxuri Noobox is a OpenSource multisearch engine, which is quite better, also Search by Image, FOSS too.
-
@Priest72 As it turns out, 32-bit Mint as well.

This version works a tad better than Snapshot, but still there are performance slowdowns with tab creation/closing. I do use some basic laptop and i did also try it on new laptop and Vivaldi works fine there. So what am i missing? My CPU has all SSE, just AVX is not there and i'm pretty sure that you don't need that...
