@chas4: a flock of birds you mean?
-
Is it just me? For me the settings part shortcuts for mail is gone...
-
@Popanz No, it is not just for you. The mail shortcuts section is gone; also from the Cheat Sheet (Ctrl+F1).
It is still there in 3.7 Stable if you enable mail in vivaldi://experiments.

With all the new stuff around searching, am I the only one still missing a customisable shortcut that can show the 'Search With' menu for selected text?
If it didn't exist multiple times in the Feature Requests forum (some topics dating back to 3 years ago), I would've posted that, but I guess being super spread out across multiple topics instead of being in one topic with a lot of votes makes it lose focus in the end.
-
@killchain Just one of nearly 4,000 feature requests, but not officially made yet as far as I can see. Do you have a link to it?
-
@pesala: This one for example: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/24263/customize-the-opening-of-the-search-with-menu
Also a few others if you search under "Feature Requests" for a query like "search selection": https://forum.vivaldi.net/search?term=search selection&in=titlesposts&matchWords=all&categories[]=185&categories[]=127&categories[]=128&categories[]=195&categories[]=196&categories[]=194&categories[]=129&categories[]=130&categories[]=131&categories[]=132&categories[]=133&sortBy=relevance&sortDirection=desc&showAs=posts

Maybe a Vanilla chromium option for those pesky websites and forms that only open on Chrome?
What are you talking about? Vivaldi should look like chrome to websites now. Do you have an example site?
-
@code3: A no longer supported add-on simulating an already killed FF feature.
In a nutshell, it's basically a tab stack, but you can only see one tab stack per window (you can switch anytime the tab stack that are active in the window of course) -
@Christoph142 Thanks! That makes total sense. I knew that there had to have been a good reason for doing this. I just could not think of any reason why, and that never came to mind.
