Vivaldi needs a change with its interface

@iAN-CooG , it is clear that if one gets into the scripts, without having notions, at least basic, he can quickly realize that this is Comanche territory, with nefarious results. Opening Vivaldi and only apears a window with "Hello World"

Do you remember Tamil and his tutorials on skinning Opera?
Here dwell dragons. Experimental features can stop working at any time, and mods can break on updates. It is not something that we should expect everyone to do.Tamil is certainly missing here. I don't honestly recall his tutorial because Larskl maintained a wiki for the German folks that I used more.
But I'm not looking for tutorials that explain how to do things, I'm looking for a supermarket that makes it easy to shop. Write "use at own riks, never complain if something breaks" all over that place. EDIT: Average Joe is not supposed to fiddle with css, but we could make it easier to find the existing ones.
Analogy distilling alcohol or brewing beer: not for everyone to do, but even if I can't make the stuff myself I can go to a liquor store and shop for what I like knowing it can seriously mess me up
@Catweazle @iAN-CooG thanks for your comments too, same reply

It was always thus. Modding Opera with skins, bookmarklets, and javascript was never something for the average Joe or Jill. Do you remember Tamil and his tutorials on skinning Opera?
and nevertheless there was a "store" where average Joe or Jill could benefit from the people, who shared theyre work of skinning opera
and that's what @WildEnte is talking about

Lars was one of the best skin makers for Opera.
I was using his Phoenity, then Phoenity New skin. Even though I was not a "skinner", I was able to make my own Combo-b skin based on Lars's Phoenity New.As much as I could, I adapted it into Vivaldi and I'm still using it now.
Unfortunately, after Vivaldi introduced svg navigation buttons, I couldn't keep up with all changes.
Here is my Vivaldi today: -
