Some performance tests
-
I did some tests on Vivaldi's performances, to see. These are results on my laptop only (Win10 x64 - i5-5200U 2.2.Ghz - Ram 8 Gb - GTX 950M) without testing Edge, opera 31 (chropera) and others. It is not to be taken as a true comparative test . I wish to congratulate Vivaldi team for the results already achieved

html5test /555octane kraken (less is better)jetstreampeacekeeper

vivaldi 1.0.375.3521249441401139,363325

Chrome 47.0.2526521249691431133,443803

firefox 43.0.4468235811533130,133900

No surprise with the blink rendering engine, Vivaldi and Chrome are at top and very close and firefox just a little behind. However, there is a small delay on peacekeeper test. But note, that here, Vivaldi is already a little better than Chrome . However, I hope that the Ram consumption will be even better in future. Frustrated to have (chrome is my default browser, currently), from time to time, a warning "remains 10% of memory" on a fairly new computer
