Problem with the background of "extension bar" when more than 13 hidden (extension) buttons

Hello

When you have more than 13 hidden extensions, the icons of the button number 14 and beyond are on a 2nd line with a transparent background.

The first 13 hidden are on a bar with a solid background.

Successfully reproduced with a new profile.

Tested with Vivaldi 3.6.2165.34 (64bit) on Windows 7SP1 (yeah, I know!)
