Mail panel vanished
-
I reopened a window with lots of tabs that accidentally got closed, from the Window panel, and it appeared without the mail tab, without the mail panel, and even without the mail panel listed in the View menu. The original window does have those things (see screen grab).

@stevenpemberton Same here. On both machines with Linux and with Windows too.

AFAIK the mail panel & anything of M3 can only be in one window, & it’s disabled in all other.

@potmeklecbohdan Thank you, I thought so btw

Hello,
I just made the same query with that question in the Spanish forum and then I found this thread.
I wonder if it could not be implemented in the other windows. The truth is that the calendar, which seems to belong to the whole of the M3, does appear in the other windows.
A greeting

@pantantrollo I suspect that it is a hard bug to fix. I reported this bug on 17th March 2021, which is one effect of email being limited to one window.
(VB-77940) Send by Mail opens mail tab in Active Window, not in Window with Mail Client
Steps to reproduce:
- Add Send by Mail to page context menu
- Enable the email client
- Open the mail client in one window
- Switch to another window
- Right-click a web page and send the URL by Mail
Expected behaviour:
Draft Mail to open in Window containing the mail clientActual behaviour:
Draft Mail opens in the active window.
Moving the draft tab to the correct window does not solve the problem.
