downloaded files immediately deleted {AVAST}

Vivaldi immediately deletes downloaded files
The title pretty much sums it up. When I download any file, Vivaldi downloads it and immediately after finishing the download also deletes the file.
I am quite certain that Vivaldi.exe is to blame, because Avast Antivirus always informs me that Vivaldi.exe tried to delete downloaded file. The file disappears non the less.
What I tried so far: uninstalled Vivaldi, deleted users setting. After installing Vivaldi again, I synchronized settings with servers. Situation remains the same. I really do not want to do completely clear installation (without synchronization) at least for now, because my custom settings is rather extensive.
I have been using Vivaldi for several years now and this has never happened before.

I am not quite ceartain what do you mean. But apart from Avast premium, nothing special. Thank you.

Ok, explicitly allowing Vivaldi in Avast seems to have done the trick. At least for now.
But I really do not understand the reason. I have been using both Vivaldi and Avast together for years now.
Anyway, thank you very much for your help.
