Vivaldi 3.5 RC 1 – Vivaldi Desktop Browser snapshot 2115.67

I can't seem to see the Vivaldi calendar/mail anywhere...
Or is that in another snapshot? -
@DorianValerian Even if it is enabled, it is only available in the first window opened. Check other windows of you opened more than one.
-
@guigirl Oh. Got it, thanks! Sorry, this is my first time getting a vivaldi snapshot after getting vivaldi a few days ago, had no idea we had to do that.

Fix this critical bug before stable release

I just tried to set up my mail account in Vivaldi, and it is failing on logging in to the SMTP server due to a TLS error. I don't see any TLS related settings in Vivaldi, so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the issue. I'll check and see what the mail server configuration is later, however I'm fairly certain it works fine with STARTTLS.

Added stable stream versions now

Realy buddys, serious bugs?
A button is not at the right place, one page of trillions is not working?Mib

@mib2berlin I think that's a bug about locale. Worth asking in RU forum. Usually are solved in RC2 or with a minor stable update. I knew other locales are affected too.

@njroute22: Here, we have written about this before

No changes between Stable and Snapshot is what I see.

Nice, the older 3.3 RC went to 3.5 RC1 without side issues (I had to relogin somewhere, but may be expected).
Just hope not to see many tab//EDIT: For some reason - google, discord, sometimes vivaldi, sites with FB connect, ecc - reask to login anytime.
But may due 3.3>3.5 update. Who knows... Strange side issues may happen skipping builds (both in stable and snap). -
@npro So you know what I mean & can reproduce it, but it’s the same in Stable? (Sorry, I have only Snappy)
-
@potmeklecbohdan I only know what I can see from that sentence and I see the same, so you might be installing Stable to test for yourself . Otherwise how would you know if it is a regression or something?

I think there’s only one option how to understand it & be able to reproduce this behaviour
and I see the same
Great, no need to insist on it being fixed in 3.5

Heh, I usually try to avoid 100M downloads…

2.new tab as related tab doesn't work for pinned tabs.
Never did as far as I remember, have you searched for it as a feature request or reported it as a potential bug though?
- opfanpage.com loses ability to select text or open url after few seconds.
Can not confirm. Check your extensions, try on new profile.
-
@juanvase Cool. Bugs do work as feature requests, the only negative of it is that people can't vote it.

I think is not a bug but as we're on RC I'll quote myself. Let me know if happens or not there.

Yes, I confirm. Though tabs are supposed stacked & shown as such in WP & TB (but displayed at list end in tab cycler), they really seem to be at list end (as displayed in tab cycler). Same behaviour in clean profile. Have you reported a bug yet?
