Payment with Paypal fails

I'm getting this on various attempts to pay by PayPal for the last few weeks - goes all the way through and in my case you'd expect to see the small message screen where the system interacts with the Bank - but nothing - a blank msg box

- Vivaldi Settings for blocking Third Party Cookies
- Vivaldi Blocker settings
- Privacy and Adfilter extensions
- Block by some external security tools (Antivirus, Desktop Firewall, Internet Security)
Paying with Paypal worked for me the last weeks.
