black list site on start up from sync account

No idea how, but every time I start my vivaldi browser I get a pop up from my avast saying that a blacklist site wants to start with vivaldi. I reinstalled the browser and it got fixed until the moment that I synced my account and it started to reaper again.

That "instagram_story_downloader" is pretty suspect if you ask me, are you using any instagram related extensions? It might be using that jukol.statslight.com site for sending/receiving data in a malicious way, if it's blacklisted by avast.
