Windows 10 Start Menu Integration

I'm looking for the ability to paste URLs (with their respective favicons!!!) to the start menu.
I know it's possible to add any URL to the Win 10 Start Menu, but when Vivaldi is set as the default browser, these links all show with a generic Vivaldi icon vs the site-specific favicon.
In Chrome, I'd select (from the overflow menu) More Tools ---> Create Shortcut, and then right-click the new shortcut on the Win 10 desktop, and "Pin to Start".
