Cannot download files from Google Drive
-
Google zips files and then all that happens is that it says on the bottom left "waiting for Google Drive..." and then it disappears and nothing gets downloaded.
It works in Chrome but not with Vivaldi.
I've turned off all the extensions and also deleted the cache completely.
Still nothing.Has anyone a solution?

I see the same issue using Vivaldi 3.4.2066.70 (64-bit).
When I looked at the network activity I found this:
Each of these returns a 302 (redirect). When I attempted to download the same folder in new Edge I only got one of each request (both 302 still, though). So it seems like something goes wrong with these requests which causes Vivaldi to not be able to download the file. Google Drive tries again a few times but it never works, so it just gives up.

You need to accept third-party cookies from
[*.]googleusercontent.com
for downloads to work on GDrive.

(comes up often enough that is should be pinned IMO...)

Did you read the linked post!?

All was described how to add a cookie exception. May be something in my linked post you could not understand?

@Gwen-Dragon Yes I read the linked post and it seems I mistyped.
I put the full stop in the wrong place. I typed ]. instead of .]So thanks for all the help.
