The new version Vivaldi 3.4 steps it up with configurable context menus, automatic reloading of pages on desktop, and improved Speed Dial layout on Android. Also introduces Vivaldia, the real 80s arcade-style game, on both platforms.

I think, the reason why t-rex game in Chrome is go great is that it's as casual as it can be - you can stop playing anytime the connection is resolved, so it works just as time-consumer, + it's very easy to trigger - so that UI elements already visiable on 'no connection' page become interactive on a single tap without leaving the context of the page. In other words, the game should be less obtrusive.

OK, I'll be the one to start it:

            Hip hip...

            Hip hip...

            Hip hip...

I post from my phone frequently, which likes to change "the" to "three". If you see three or similar, I probably meant "the". I use swipe, so typos can be totally unrelated words to what I intended. Knowing this should help you read through my typos.

So, you've abandoned the long-awaited email client (a successor to Opera M2) but instead offer a useless video game. I still love Vivaldi and welcome periodic page reloading, which I used often in Opera Classic, but sometimes I question your priorities.

@longrun , M3 is in no way abandoned. Technical Preview should be there in the next few weeks. Enjoy the game while you wait. 🙂

@longrun Then you should follow Jon to read his dozens of posts regarding M3 and participate in the forum much more 😉

@longrun I find your post very lacking in gratitude and calling things useless is a lack of tact on your behalf..Just turn the game off and your done in 2 seconds.

Patience is a virtue but you seem lacking in virtuosity.

@jon: I apologize for not seeing the recent posts and if I seemed rude. The problem for me is that M2 stopped working months ago and I had to switch the bulk of my emailing to Gmail rather than the unreleased M3. At this point I will have to think long and hard about whether to move to M3, even though I'm sure it will be superior to Gmail.

@longrun , no worries at all. I am sorry M3 has taken so long. I Hope you will give it a try. I have a feeling you will enjoy it! 🙂

LOVING the context menu editor. So detailed. I would expect nothing less from you guys. Thanks for all the great work you put in to the browser.

@longrun: Don't worry, the game was developed by a third-party so very little Vivaldi dev time was taken. Someone only had to include a button and a page for it, but nothing more.

I don't know why the others are placating you but I won't. Compared to Opera or Brave Vivaldi is a far superior browser and even if the devs had taken sometime to create a game instead of working on your so called "must have" email client that is there choice. You are getting a fantastic browser for free in the future please try to remember that.

Will the browser be optimized because it consumes a lot of resources and a heavy interface?
Will there be a design change?

@Bard-Viv No because what you say is not true. But if you insist there are other "naked" browsers where you can go back and forth by clicking the arrows and have some basic bookmarks if that's your thing and gain some milliseconds, check vanilla Chromium.
