Vivaldi 3.4 RC 2 – Vivaldi Desktop Browser snapshot 2066.70/72

@ice007: More like CTRL+F12, under what section is that, can't find it with my local lang.
-
@iPristy You are on Linux
-
@iPristy My fault... sorry. On German Keyboards it´s named Strg. On english Keyboards it´s Ctrl.
Anyway good hint! I've corrected it. -
@npro: Yes, sometimes i forget that. On Linux is peace and quiet...
-
@gwen-dragon: I mostly use deb and ppa addons on Ubuntu LTS and that's that, no hardcore stuff and SuperTuxKart is fun.

Anyone seeing sync problems across different systems? Have two win 10 installations that appear synced but one linux installation isn't getting the last notes and passwords.
The linux installation seems to see the synced tabs from both the win 10 installations but the win 10 installations only see each other synced tabs.
No status error or anything. All seems well except for the missing content.

Ok, Google, how to get back the tabs in the last RC of Vivaldi? https://i.ibb.co/kyHvT4C/Screenshot-from-2020-10-14-21-57-40.png
-
@abelisto I don't think Google will help you there. But have you tried the menu, View > Show Tab Bar?
-
@lonm: Yes I still experience it even after the build you mentioned. Tested it on 3.4.2066.70 just now and was able to reproduce it within 5-10 minutes. It happens randomly, but generally if I close a tab, sometimes that tab color that was closed overrides one or more tabs color with that color so I have a website's tab that I closed using it's accent color in place of other tabs. I've had Youtube tabs be blue. I've had Twitter tabs be yellow because other tabs had overwritten their accent color. Hope that helps some, I'm sure it's not any easy fix.

@Pathduck Surelly ![alt text]( image url) there are the Vivaldi stable and the latest snapshot
-
@abelisto Yes, but have you looked in the menus what the View menu says?
By default there is no hotkey to toggle it. Maybe you've hit Alt+V, S by accident?
-
It seems that something changed in X11... Probably not the Vivaldi problem but... I like Linux and I like Vivaldi and it will be a pain to return to the FF
-
@Pathduck Alleluia! Thanks a lot. But... why???
-
@abelisto Sure
Like I said, maybe you've hit Alt+V, S by accident? Hey, don't worry it happens to all of us sometime
-
Edit: nothing… sorry, I missed that there's another page.
-
Moving the all of bookmarks to the tab is not a good idea. I had 3-6 bookmarks here related to my job and for now a had 1000+ bookmarks here: https://i.ibb.co/jVn1SQp/Screenshot-from-2020-10-14-23-02-11.png Damn! Thank you! For now I should to edit my toolbar to remove some garbage from it....
-
@abelisto Open the Bookmarks (Ctrl+B) -> find the folder where the bookmarks are that you want to use for the Bookmarks Bar -> right-click -> choose "Set As Bookmarks Bar folder".
