Small Chromium bump and address bar fixes – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 2066.7

On the wp.pl website, Vivaldi Vivaldi Browser snapshot 2066.7 freezes for a few minutes.
The CPU usage is normal, but Vivaldi is unresponsive.

Hi, not for me but page start 5 videos, 40 tracker and several add´s which I block with Vivaldi, PrivacyBadger and AutoplayStopper.
If I disable all it work too but need some time to load.

I am having trouble with this build as well as the two previous builds.
I can't login to this site (to post this comment) in incognito mode.
Secondly on this site:
https://biqle.ru/watch/-120361779_456240814If you change the resolution or the volume and refresh the page, it doesn't "stick" but reverts to default values.
Also you can't change the volume with the mouse, it just ignores the dragging motion.
Something is definitely up with these builds...breaking stuff all over.
