Google Drive does not always download (related to Privacy setting)

If i select some files in Google Drive they do not download. Sometimes single file download works, multiple files fail.
I found that there is a need to allow Cookies from a special domain.
I openedchrome://settings/cookiesand added a cookie exception to Allow for domain
[*.]googleusercontent.com

Hi, thanks for the hint, I had this problem too but no time to look for a solution.
I still have other browsers installed for emergencies.

At first this doesn't work but when I downloaded a single file, yes. Then I downloaded a whole folder at once and the download dialog for this appeared finally. It's working now. Thanks!

@Gwen-Dragon Thanks for the info. The suggested special domain entry didn't seem to work for me. But once I added drive.google.com and checked the 3rd party cookie box it started working
