Advanced AD Blocking functionality

  • Hi everyone, Greetings from India. Of late, many sites recognise when Ad-locker is active and show a notification panel or a big overlaid box that prevents the web page from being read. Usually the message is to deactivate Adblocker to access the web page. I have a question - can Vivaldi not quietly push the Ads into some sort of a shadow DOM that is not visible to the user. That way, users can block Ads while ensuring they can browse websites that have Ad blocker recognition logic built in their code. It will be exciting to watch how Vivaldi evolves. SVS
