Minor update (2) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 3.3
-
@Gwen-Dragon yes, thanks for pointing this out. Actually the version number is 3.3.2022.45 (Stable channel) (64-Bit).
I'll open a bug report. -
I don't know if it's a bug, but with version 3.3 the "Add to Pocket" and "Add to Instapaper" bookmarklets don't work correctly:
(o) Add to Pocket asks me to login even if I'm already logged in and doesn't add the link
(o) Add to Instapaper shows me an intermediate page that writes:
"Under normal circumstances, you shouldn't need to see this page. Please check your browser’s cookie settings and enable unrestricted third-party cookie access for www.instapaper.com.If you’re being sent through this page, Instapaper’s support for logged-in sites cannot function properly."

@Gwen-Dragon Here
https://getpocket.com/add/there should be a link to "or add a bookmarklet" and it should show you a button "+ Pocket" to drag and drop on the bookmarks bar
(I'm sorry, the capture is in italian, but it should be clear)

While here you can find the "Save to Instapaper" bookmarklet:

@plovec Yes, i see, the bookmarklets are broken. As i could remember this is a more than 2 yr old bug with no progress.
I used the bookmarklets upto version 3.2. I will report. Thanks

is it just me or spatial navigation is broken again? thanks!
(latest stable, linux, Fedora) -
@Gwen-Dragon I can move around links on a webpage with the arrow keys, but when I hit enter nothing happens

Just testing how to log-out from here, still log-in if i log-out on blog.
Why don't you have one system to log-in and log-out?
-
@iPristy It's kind of fraught. Different domains.
-
@rseiler: Was discussed here actually, no fix ((

@Ayespy why didn't vivaldi release any snapshots for a while and when will be the next one ?
-
@mizouniihichem People are on vacation. The team only has about 20 developers in total, so vacations/holidays slows the release cycle. Usually, snapshots will come out about once a week. Vivaldi does not have "nightlies," except for the internal test version to internal testers (like myself) and that cycle is slowed at present as well.
