Reload button sometimes not working

Hi, I've got an issue since few months now.

Sometimes, always on the same website on classic tab, refresh button doesn't work... I have to press F5 key to refresh it.

At first, I uninstalled Vivaldi then reinstall it : same issue always with same website.
Since, I keep Vivaldi updated with last snapshot upgrade, but still got the issue.

On another computer, with Vivaldi browser, I don't have any issue with this website.

Cross topic with GistOfSpirit's one who has a similar problem on Linux OS.

@faboss I can confirm this happens sometimes.

But i can not find a way reproducing the issue step-by-step for a bug report to Vivaldi devs.

Still got the issue, but now with one more web page : https://www.google.com/search?q=elections americaines

Seems like Vivaldi doesn't like frequent refreshs (about 10 to 20 times a day) on a same web page
Someone can reproduce this issue with another web site ?

My Vivaldi's version is 3.5.2088.7.

Having the similar issue.
F5 works for refresh only once. On every website.
Refresh button though works fine
