And uploaded result to YouTube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lb1m5PowtvUIt seems you are using Stable and not Snapshot, correct?
Please confirm your version is this RC1.Tested with clean profile.
The video shows "bookmarks/speeddial" and cookies (login) active for Youtube.
However, it appears you do NOT have Vivaldi blocking/tracking activated - so that is OK.Did you try deleting ALL youtube cookies?
There have been issues with Youtube changing UI etc for some users.Have you tried when NOT logged into Youtube?

I use 3.3.2022.23.
The video shows "bookmarks/speeddial" and cookies (login) active for Youtube.
I have logged into Youtube, as I said earlier.
That is the only change to clean profile.
(Clean profile have some bookmarks, you may check it by yourself)Have you tried when NOT logged into Youtube?
Yes, but not many times (that was with absolutely clean profile).
There was no problem.
Then logged in and problem started reproducing. -
@iPristy It looks like a Chromium issue.
I found some other people commenting on issues about it:

Today YouTube problem is not reproducing.
Maybe it was a coincidence and browser update is not related to it.
Will monitor this problem further. -
@Steffie More discoveries today on this
bug-or-not-bug
mute PiP thing. The misbehaviour i previously described occurs only with this setting [which til this Snapshot was my long-term default]:
If instead i use this setting, the reverse hassle occurs -- muting is easy, but keeping it unmuted when changing tabs is a whack-a-mole game... even if none of the other tabs contains any media.
If i use this setting, so far anyway, none of the preceding hassles occurs.
I reiterate; until this Snapshot, for years, i've used Scenario-1, ie, MTA Option-3... but i acknowledge we've not had PiP all that time, of course.

why is vivaldi so slow on linux? why dont you finally errorfree support hardware acceleration? why is vivaldi the slowest chromium browser, better take chr. edge as example?! why do you load tabs before they get focused, this is incredibly stupid, not everyone can afford 512 gb ram?! -> solution: at least give a low mem settings option for old 1-4gb machines! why is fullscreening video so snailcrawlingly slow, im on chromium for speed and responsiveness, else i would use firefox?! this pip feature, youre oh so proud of, is ridiculous, you cant even doubleclick fullscreen or one click pause! why you never free ram again? why have i always to wait, that the mouse pointer is getting responsive when loading a new tab? and finally, whats your problem with (youtube embedded) videos and (flash/html5) gifs/webms killing stability and performance?

@Joolz I'd demand a full refund.

@Joolz RAM usage is a problem of modern web.
Too large and complex websites means large RAM consumption.
Also browsers are optimized for people, who do not know how to do anything except for browsing.
So they don't need extra RAM, but need speed.
And this is not limited to Chromium.
I was not able to open more than 1(!) tab in 1GB RAM virtual machine with Firefox installed without activated swapping.
