KEWL!!!!1111 Great feature ^^
(I partially broke the game, I know :D) -
Please return the gestures on the bottom panel!
I know chrome cut out gestures. -
It would be good if users could select what buttons they want to show on the bottom address bar (especially in portrait mode where space is limited). For example, I would much rather have the "Go to next page" button available than the "Speed dial" button (since I can get the speed dial out by creating a new tab instead; it may involve needing to close an extra tab, but I consider that inconvenience worth it in order to have the "Go to next page" button easily available).

@Hadden89 oh u
Anyhow… Everything to bottom, it is the way. Been saying this since before the first release. Nowadays you can’t even buy a mobile phone anymore on which you could reach the top one‐handed.

With the bottom address bar enabled, and tab bar disabled, opening the tab switcher creates a blank space at the top of the screen
With tab bar enabled, that doesn't occur
-
ALL IVE BEEN WAITING FOR lol
-
Ok, just installed the new version. It’s really great, good job Vivaldi team
-
i am gonna really love the bottom address bar. Unlike other browsers Vivaldi actually acts upon user's feedback. Keep improving, thank you.
-
One of some missing features that drew me back to Firefox for Android. But this way, definitely convincing to use Vivaldi for Android again!!
-
"...one more configuration option...". OPTIONAL, the perfect solution! Thanks!

Like this new bottom address bar, it's awesome

Hi, for me too, did you make a bug report?
Developer don´t read the forum, if nobody report it never would be fixed.Cheers, mib

I had reported it already. They are on it. Oh, and we tend to read the forum as well.
Cheers,

@jon
Hi, what, developer reading user forums?
This is really unique, developer mostly develop ideas and don´t care about user.Cheers, mib

Guys, thank you so much!
Obviously many things need to be improved, but let me quote some of them that I have in mind:
- Remove Speed Dial button
- Make the navigation bar color to match with bottom bar
- Make some itens on menu as little icons on bottom (reload, bookmark, download page, share)
- Option to replace vivaldi menu icon with a simple vertical 3 dots (...)
- Tab grid view starting on bottom and not on top
-
@mib2berlin is that not the purpose of the bug reporter.?
Developers do not need to converse on forum. -

Address Bar on bottom is not usable for me on my Redmi 7 in Portait orientation. Too much buttons gather on bottom
These were my first impressions.
I'm still using Firefox, on a small screen ~5' I prefer icon-style Firefox topsites instead of current Vivaldi speed dial.
Also when you close the last tab there is a HUGE delay before opening speed dial page. This is very annoying. And I prefer opened tabs in list view instead of thumbnails.

Vivaldi Android doesn't blocking popups. Hope dev team can do anything about it. Keep it up guys!

Where are the back/next buttons with bottom bar (potrait mode) ?
