Page Action Set to Default on All Tabs
-
Is it possible to enable page action (for example, sepia) on all tabs by default? Currently it can only be set on each tab individually, if I open a new tab, it opens a regular site colors. Thanks.

Sorry. Not yet.

I would like this too, it should be simple to do.

Sepia may be fine on many pages, to tone down bright whites, but on many other pages like BBC iPlayer it is not needed at all, and just spoils the page appearance.
This is something that should be set per tab, but I can understand that some users might want it as the default setting to disable where it's not appropriate.

This should be a option to be set on a per url basis. maybe have a save at the bottom with the settings of actions and then allow it to be added by url. I like the invert filter for some sites I use, I usually have about 10 tabs of it open and I am constantly closing them and opening new ones which is a pain to have to keep setting the filter. Please make this a savable setting!

I would really like to have this feature. Or at least please phase them in one at a time, based on usefulness.
Say, content blocker, transitions removed, reader view?
Those three would be immensely useful

Do we still not have this? Seems like something that should be implemented. I'm a big fan of the page minimap feature and would love to have it on all the time.

@solamon77 Vote for Persistent Page Actions.
With over 2,800 feature requests, and a small team, those needed by few users or difficult to implement may have to wait for a long time. Wherever you see that a feature is tagged as In Progress, it may get done this year rather than next.

2021 and I came here to ask the same (I'd like Page Minimap on all pages). My rationale for implementing this are:
1.) Vivaldi already has a reputation of being very flexible, customizable and feature rich. Letting users make their favorite page actions globally default – if not even per url – rhymes well with that same idea.
2.) The reason for even having something like Page Actions in the first place, should be that you can set them up however you want: either permanently/default or not.
That's what I think. Please Vivaldi! Maybe adding a second column and "default"-checkboxes for each item?
