The browser is unsychronising when I turn it off for a while.

This started happening after I updated to the latested version of windows 10, everything from google accounts to facebook is getting loged out, when I turn my computer off and on or when I turn off the browser for a while.
If anyone has a method I could use to solve this problem, please help -
I was going to suggest CCCleaner as a likely culprit. Something that gets run both on a schedule and when you reboot Windows is deleting your cookies.

Cookies are primarily a browser concern.
which cookie settings are being used.?.
Session only ,allow all etc...?maybe blocking third party cookies could be involved.

People really need to learn to search before posting. I posted 12 hours earlier on this exact same issue. Yes I see you're running 10 but this looks to be a browser specific issue regardless of platform. Mods and Des should of combined the two threads and moved the the new thread to the appropriate section and replied to my post along with @Emmanuel2000 's question. Now that said I noticed this behavior since the last update and just thought it was something specific to my profile, but then I went to fix something on my roommates computer and noticed the same behavior. Now if a Mod or Dev would be so kind as to merge my thread into this one and move the new thread to the appropriate section that would be great. Thanks

On a side note none of my extensions have been changed or added since well before the last VIvaldi update, which suggest a change in Vivaldi itself and not a issue with a cleaner program or extension.
