Unable to delete address from auto fill settings & confusing settings pages
-
I'm Using 3.2.1964.3 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I thought I had on issue but apparently I have 2!
Problem 1:
I am unable to delete an old address from saved form data.
To reproduce focus and click a form field that calls for address autocomplete (eg. https://ideal-postcodes.co.uk/address-finder-demo) from the context menu select manage addresses to get to the manage addresses page. I have 2 addresses listed, clicking on the 3 dots beside one of them brings up 2 options, edit & remove. Selecting edit opens a form but editing & saving has no effect, selecting remove also has no effect.
Problem 2:
The above method goes to vivaldi://settings/addresses , however typing that into into the address bar navigates to the same page found at vivaldi://settings/general/
Can anyone else confirm either issue before I file a bug report?

@Orinoco You gotta input
chrome://settings/addresses
in the address bar to reach chromium settings. -
@luetage yes that gets to the correct page but the address bar changes to vivaldi://settings/addresses, so what I consider the bug is it is possible to view 2 completely different pages that have the same URL in the address bar.
-
@Orinoco That boils down to one thing: Chromium and Vivaldi settings need to be combined and thatβs what the community is asking for years. No need to issue a bug report because of this, itβs well known. Not sure about your other issue, I delete all form data frequently.

Vivaldi 3.2 is now released, and this should be fixed now.
