Fix for Windows media issues – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1929.3

Today’s snapshot fixes the issue with videos on Windows (present in the last two snapshots), meaning that autoupdate can now be re-enabled.

oh good news, let's see how it goes.
[Address bar][Search field] Can’t use arrow keys to select suggestions when Num Lock is on (VB-52978)
omg finally, and it also respects key autorepeat so I don't have to press down/up multiple times
[Media][Windows][Regression] Directly loaded .mp4 files can fail to play if a streamed video is not already loaded in that session (VB-67543)
tested on 3 problematic MP4 videos during previous SS, now play correctly

Very happy to see the Win video issue fixed. But like many others I think that the VB-52978 fix is the winner! Well done to the team for (finally) fixing this one

Ohh my heart cry! i really love vivaldi and try to test new snapshoots but im on arch with intel gpu
and there are problems with some videos and thumbs... i will use vivaldi only in windows

I'm also on Arch with Intel integrated GPU, & Snapshots are ok for me [mind you, i am still only on 3.1.1921.3 atm, will update soon].
EDIT:
I have just done the update, & my new Snapshot continues to be fine re everything i've tried so far, including videos & thumbnails.

When navigating to the Notes Manager from the Speed Dial (or other internal pages) the Start Page Navigation disappears while 'Show on Internal Pages' is selected. Is this expected behaviour or should I report it?

Native notifications in Windows 10's Action Center are still broken, only getting Chrome-typer notifications. In 3.0.1874.27 notifications work fine, something broke them afterwards.

That was always in the past in Snapshots and will be fixed in Stable releases.

I don't know if this is worth opening a new topic for, so I thought I'd try it here first:
Since the most recent stable release (as well as in the snapshots) Vivaldi crashes when tiling PDFs. Problem is, I can't reliably reproduce it. After trying to diagnose the cause for a while, the crashes just ... stop occurring. Then when I restart Vivaldi it happens again.
So, can anyone help me?

I can not reproduce this with 3.1.1929.3 Win 10 x64

@Gwen-Dragon That's just not true Gwen, I'm on a snapshot and they work fine, I've mentioned it in the post together with the build number I am using.
Snapshots had working native notifications for ages. It's only recently that they have been broken, this is the 2nd time.
Would love to have that behavior back because it would allow me to test the snapshots again. The Chrome notifications are simply bad (useless almost, since they disappear by themselves).
