It's always amazing how often and even on weekends the Vivaldi team releases updates. I especially like the pictures in the blog posts.

Any chance we could have the Blocker and Site Info buttons merged into one? Two little buttons with generic icons (Shield and V) at the beginning of the address bar looks messy, is marginally confusing for me (who am good with computers), and makes dragging web addresses out of Vivaldi into desktop shortcuts very difficult (I now have to aim for a 20px x20px button between two no-go areas).
I feel it would make sense to have 1 button called Site Permissions that displays all of a site's permissions: Permission to display ads, permission for trackers [from the adblock button] and the other permissions already present in the Site Permissions menu.

This build feels faster for me
PD: I would like to have custom adblocker filters on Android. -
@victorbayas: I thought it was just me that had Vivaldi feeling sluggish (especially when using laptop on battery).

I cannot use group tabs
I can use group tabs on stable, although the bug is very serious and affects normal use.

@Darthagnon And even Bromite and Kiwi (both have actual ad blockers like Vivaldi) follow Chrome/Chromium with their placement of the per site adblock setting. Bromite even has a patch that lets you control adblock, javascript and cookies per site like you can on desktop:

https://github.com/bromite/bromite/blob/master/build/patches/Always-show-site-settings-for-cookies-javascript-and-ads.patchI don't think another button just for permissions is necessary. Why split site settings from the page info sheet? The way it works in the browsers I mentioned at the beginning of my reply is nice IMO. And if Vivaldi added to Chromium's UI, it'd be leaner too.

@Darthagnon Vivaldi is a whole nother beast on desktop lol

Anyone else having issues with syncing tabs from PC to Android?
Today I've encountered one of the rare occasions when I needed to do this and it didn't work. I've waited for an hour, and my tabs from the desktop version still haven't appeared on Android.
I have not reported the issue yet.
[EDIT] Typos -
@infosrefanvlad Oops. Posted it in the wrong thread. I think it would be more suitable for the latest Android Snapshot's thread, if anyone could move it.

Reported as VAB-1581.

[EDIT] TyposEasiest way to do it quickly is to close and open Vivaldi on the device you have the tabs, then close and open on the device where you want the tabs to appear.
Closing Vivaldi forces sync to write the tab status, which is then read on the second device when you open it there.
(Edit: assuming you don't have it set to clear your session on exit or something...)
