Full screen video randomly 1/4 of screen.

This happens random, with full-screening again it fixes to good full screen. Multiple times full-screening shows this bug often.
App version; 2.11.1813.18
Android 9.0 -
Just noticed this happens when the bottom bar is visable (after scrolling).
This sometimes causes to get the bottom bar to be stuck visable on screen with full screen videos. -
