Full screen video randomly 1/4 of screen.

This happens random, with full-screening again it fixes to good full screen. Multiple times full-screening shows this bug often.

App version; 2.11.1813.18
Android 9.0

Just noticed this happens when the bottom bar is visable (after scrolling).
This sometimes causes to get the bottom bar to be stuck visable on screen with full screen videos.
