Save/update login credentials window bug

I am facing an annoying bug with the popup to save or update your login credentials for a website. When the popup shows up, within a second, it also hides again. Because of this, I am not able to store or update my passwords unless I am really fast.
Anyone facing the same issue?
I already tried clearing the cache of vivaldi and restarting my phone but no luck.
Vivaldi 2.11.1813.18
Android 8.1.0.

Using the same version here on Amazon Kindle Fire tablet and have not had any such problems.
I have to use the APK which is still at: Vivaldi 2.11.1813.18. Can't get 2.12... -
I just downloaded the latest Vivaldi snapshot on android and even there, the issue persists. I entered my login credentials, pressed login and the save password popup slid in from the bottom and within a second, it slid away.

I found out that the issue is only present at some particular websites. On most websites (like Pinterest) it works but not websites with quick and a lot of redirects.
Should this be reported as a bug?
