Is this something that will be added any time soon? This is becoming a frustrating experience knowing how vulnerable the email is compared to almost every single other free alternative. I feel as if I was lied to in the last thread I made where I was told that the feature was coming soon.

I don't like 2FA through the mobile, since the little security that a mobile has is more an additional risk than greater security. And I'm not the only one who thinks this.

In all my accounts I use a second email for authentication instead of a phone number.
At my bank a custom coordinate card is used to authenticate my login.
In others there are security questions.
There are many alternatives equal to or safer than 2FA through mobile.

Same for me. I prefer for 2FA a hardware token like Nitrokey
