Vivaldi does not track users, but Google Does.
YouTube has been fined a record $170m (£139m) by a US regulator for violating children's privacy laws.
Google says that they do not track their users without their consent, but how can children under 13 give their consent? Some may be more computer-savvy than me, but are children now expected to understand how to disable tracking? Shouldn't it be off by default and have to be turned on by the user?
