Solmiler at DeviantArt:
Placebo or Black Market.

Maybe has something for W10, if I recall, W10 Dark theme is plain Black colour.

Just noticed that the Test profile used to test it, had the Switch attached to the Shortcut, so the provided W7 Dark theme will not change Vivaldi's menu.

But also,
noticed that the shortcut kept working after several updates.

Mine has too.

A batch of Shortcuts are stored on QuickAccess folder.

Maybe is your ShortCut the default one on Desktop?
Try keeping a copy.

At least here any modified shortcut didn't lost the Switches.
