Granular control for third-party cookies

Inspired by the blog post Cookies are for bellies.
Vivaldi should provide more options for third-party cookies, similar to Firefox:
- Allow all
- Allow and delete on exit
- Block from sites you haven't visited
- Block tracking cookies (some blacklist, such as Disconnect's)
- Block all
All options above are for third-party cookies. First-party cookies would be a separate setting.

I am asking for a global (default) control, not a site-specific one.

I'm missing the current “best” option — block 3rd party cookies. Please add it to the list (I don't think they would remove it, but I want to be sure).

@potmeklecbohdan That is "block all". Here I am only referring to third-party cookies, not all.

The brilliance of the old Opera F12 site preferences menu is still to be done in any modern browser. Here's hoping Vivaldi will be the first to do something like this.
Imagine having granular control of cookies, scripts, plugins, frames, UA string, referrer, pop-ups and much more on a per-site basis. I miss that the most about old Opera
