Hi, first of all , thank you to vivaldi devs and community for the great work! Vivaldi ist the only browser on all of my devices.

Lately I got an Lenovo IdeaPad Miix 320. I killed Windows 10 and installed Xubuntu 19.10 and Vivaldi stable. The Miix has a touch screen, which I use a lot, since I can detach the keyboard. On websites shown with vivladi everything works fine. But when ever I tap an the +button for a new tab nothing happens. Same with the x button for closing a tab. A long tap gives me the context menu. I even can't tap on menu Items.

On the Windows 8.1 machine of my wife the touchscreen works flawless.

      Any ideas?

Thanks and keep up the good work!
      Stephan

@swg Welcome to the forums and enjoy Vivaldi Browser and also Vivaldi for Android.

Do you have the close button (x) and open new tab (+) present in the UI * and they don't work as it should*
Check in preferences (Alt+P) if they are enabled.

Edited: ended the 1st question "and does not work as it should"

      Hi,
(+) and (x) button are anabled and visible, tapping on them doesn't do anything. There is plainly no reaction.

I discovered, that on my touchscreen tapping on items in the speed dial also doesn't do anything. A long tap gives me the context menu, where I can select "Open in new tab", but that's not very convenient.

As I stated, the behavior is only observed on XUbuntu 19.10, On Windows 8.1 everything works fine.

      Thanks
      Stephan
