On a touch screen device, every time I touch the screen, the copy/paste pop up would jump up with the 2 blue exclamation marks, quite far away from each other. How can I stop this? This should pop up only, if I highlight some words, but it just pops up. While scrolling, it goes away, but returns as soon as I take the finger off.

I am usually sure of what I do/see etc.
Anyway, this doesn't happen in Linux. I have only touch screen laptops. Maybe, you can help, @ruario? I touch the screen on the left edge, but the popup comes in the top, more to the right side as seen in the screeny. -

The bugs team reacted quickly and I got a email reminding me to update to the newest release. I updated to Vivaldi to the most recent 2.9.1719.3 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the problem appears to have gone away.Please mark this thread as solved. Thanks!
