Very slow startup of Vivaldi under cinnamon desktop

I experience very slow startups of Vivaldi under cinnamon desktop. Copying the configuration to my test account running a simple openbox session shown fast startups of Vivaldi. Any clue?

Delay until the browser window appears?

@Gwen-Dragon more than 1 Minute. I suspect a gnome-keyring-daemon problem as I deactivated this suspect component.

@dodona2 Deactivated gnome-keyring-daemon? That is not a good idea. Vivaldi needs a keyring to store the encryption key for its login/password database.
Do you use Autologin in your Linux account?
What is shown if you start Vivaldi in a shell?
