The first of many – Vivaldi Android Browser snapshot 1624.207
-
@ROTFL But I take it you just disabled sync for notes? The rest seems to work fine.
-
@luetage Yup.
What's also funny - I cannot delete note separators (I guess they are separators because they are read-only items without text) on my mobileRemoving over 20000 duplicates is probably how I plan to spent some winter evenings...

Nice one! I do not expected Vivaldi Mobile Snapshot until you reach "1.0" on mobile.
The current Stable version is in a Beta status, which is used to be Snapshot's too. So I suppose that both Vivaldi Mobile flavours will be the same app until you reach the final status for Stable, don't I?
-
@airdex They are not the same app. New features and fixes are tried out in Snapshot before being ported to Beta.
-
Thanks for Android browser!
Has anyone noticed that BitWarden password manager (not the extension, but the Android app) doesn't seem to play nice with Vivaldi? While BitWarden can fill virtually any password field in any Android app, it's only coming up with my Vivaldi password to fill any empty password field on any URL whilst browsing with Vivaldi.
-
@Gigzama Have noticed the same thing. I get the "Tap this notification to auto-fill" notification, but it only suggests my Vivaldi credentials rather than my whatever-URL-I-am-on credentials.
-
Vivaldi is a very good browser. Do you have plans to conduct user acceptance testing with a small incentive thrown in. I will be happy to join.

@arvindsridharan I don't know if this is something that could interest you.
For the moment, when a Snapshot version is released (example with the last one : Snapshot 1675.11), you can download it and provide feedback on issues/bugs found directly in the announcement thread.
This is for the part I'm aware of. Others (moderators? Vivaldi team?) could give you more information about a possible UAT environment. I don't know if it exists. -
so when is the next update? it's been a while since the last fix.
-
@MattSolo45 The internal testing version has recently updated, so another Snapshot may not be far off.
