Tab starts Lagging when switched to another Monitor

So i work in Tech SUpport and i'm using vivaldi only.
I have a 3 Monitor setup and i switch the Tabs between them alot.
But when i switch a Tab between a monitor they start lagging on the other Monitor.

Anyone knows this problem? I have it at my workplace and at home on all devices.
