Is there a way to prevent videos from automatically playing?

This will work for Flash type videos. Type in the address bar: "vivaldi://chrome/settings/content" (no quotes). Then scroll down to Plugins, choosing "Let me choose when to run plugin content", then press Done. There is a box for exceptions, where you can change the action for particular sites.
