Linux Vivaldi 64bit ARM version
-
Would the Vivaldi 64bit ARM version be available in the download page? This question is also related to this thread. I have marked that thread resolved, so the new topic.
Also, would the Linux 64bit ARM version also be supported? ARM devices might be the future with newer devices coming through, for example Pinrbook Pro.
EDIT: I found the place to download. Being away from Vivalid too long, sorry!

@chdsl Vivaldi ARM is experimental, there may be 64bit version release if tested enough on real devices. This may change in future.
That's good. I am using Linux Vivaldi ARM on Ubuntu on Samsung Tab S5e as the default browser. What about those, who use Vivaldi on Raspberry Pi and other tinker boxes? Aren't they use 64bit Vivaldi ARM?
EDIT: BTW, is there a way to get out of that --no-sandbox problem, as mentioned in the other thread? @Gwen-Dragon @ruario
Also, I am editing the topic name, so it'd sound more generic. Hope that's all right.
EDIT 2: I'd be writing about the experience of using Vivaldi 64bit ARM here, if that is all right. @Gwen-Dragon, @ruario

Just to inform, Vivaldi is doing very well in Ubuntu on DeX, even without the sandbox. I have no idea, if the LXD container works as a sandbox or not. If not, could Vivaldi for ARM be made to work in the sandbox, @ruario?

@Gwen-Dragon
It is not a VM, but an LXD container, so can be considered as Vivaldi ARM on Ubuntu. -
Upgraded to Vivaldi 2.9.1675.11. Still would run only with --no-sandbox in Linux on DeX (LoD). There is only one Linux distro available for LoD, only an Ubuntu 16.04. That's the only one to test Vivaldi on in LoD. Anyone has any idea, how to get it going without that flag? @ruario?
If I try to run it normally, I get this,
$vivaldi-snapshot Failed to move to new namespace: PID namespaces supported, Network namespace supported, but failed: errno = Operation not permitted Trace/breakpoint trap
I have Vivaldi Beta on Android in the Android side, but that's a different matter.
