Vivaldi crashes on startup.

I discover this browser and I like that idea that it contains. And installed it. But I have problem, every time I open Vivaldi it crashed, no error message, nothing. It just closed himself without saying anything. I tried install new snapshot or older (1.13.998.3), but nothing works. Still, it crashed after few second(Average 15seconds). Tried install it at SSD and also HDD, change users option during installation, restart computer, start it as administrator, but nothing works. How I can fix it?
Here is my PC spec.
Intel i7-5820K 3.30GHz
MSI X99A RAIDER
MSI GTX 980TI GAMING 6G
16GB RAM 2400MHz
No, this one not. And also cannot download it, it's on hold.
The newest I try are 2.7.1609.4 and 2.6.1566.49.
@TheIvan Sorry, the blog page changed, i did not see the Snapshot was revoked.
OK. Try with a renamed profile.
Open in Explorer
Rename folder default to DEFAULT_BAK
Try without any settings or installation of extensions
Does it crash?
Yes it still crashing.
@TheIvan And what means crashing?
Does it generate a crashdump (see https://help.vivaldi.com/article/reporting-crashes-on-windows/)
@TheIvan Oh, no crashdump. I watched the GIF. Really strange issue, Vivaldi closes after some seconds.
Any security tools which might shutdown Vivaldi? Windows Defender? Other Tools?
@ruario Can you please help?
Probably not, I even tried turn of all security tools, and it still doing.
@TheIvan Try starting with a completely clean profile. Do you know how to do that? I had a similar symptom some months back when I had a "toxic tab" (a tab that when trying to open it, it takes the browser down - cured by deleting sessions or cleaning the profile.)
I don't have chance to change something in it. I installed it, and that's all didn't have change to set up something. I cannot even login.

The fix posted 59min ago:
It still shut down himself after few second.
I tried reinstall all drivers, and still didn't work.

@TheIvan I removed the label resolved before replying, just in case.
Did you removed the two folders before reinstalling? If not, it's possible the re-install inherits corrupted data.
Could post on Blog as well?
Yes I removed everything. Still it keeps shuting down.

The Devs are working on that one.
I am sorry the Quick Fix didn't apply
Thx for the Blog post.
@TheIvan I see. You installed it over a pre-existing installation, or totally new on its own?
I tried to update and also tried to remove everything and install it again. Both didn't work.
I even tried turn of all security tools
Which Tools do you have?
On which Windows version?
Can you add a new Windows user account and test if it works to start Vivaldi?
