Address field + Speed dial fixes - Vivaldi Browser Snapshot 1609.4
-
Sometimes Vivaldi freezes when you try to find a word on a page after its last entry, i.e. the word occurs twice, and next is pressed three times.
Found on Linux 32 bit. -
@gwen-dragon: Thank you.

Blank tiles again! I filed a bug report, you answered that you couldn't reproduce the bug. Today I challenged my luck by storing a new url in my bookmarks/speed dial. I closed Vivaldi and...every tile is blank again. Other people have faced the same problem, but it seems you have trouble identifying it. Now I have to assign every image one by one to every tile. I'm not adding any new bookmarks any more!
PS I do face a serious problem: either I'm abandoning speed dial or I'm abandoning Vivaldi -
@gwen-dragon: Tile is a Speed Dial "box" with an image (custom or auto-preview). Blank means plain grey (not transparent with a bookmark symbol, as in waiting for an automatic preview or a custom thumbnail addition)

@nutcracker Have you tried resetting your profile?
-
@gwen-dragon: Unfortunately I lost most of my e-mails due to a new mail client I installed. Now I'm trying to find the report (and the bug number) through my Vivaldi account with no luck until now. If you have any suggestions please instruct. Anyway I have complained about the same thing at least four times and two months now in snapshot remarks.

All things are possible, but VPN integration is impractical, and Opera does not have it.

Please fix developer tools. docking breaks debug, play on page does not work, lots of crashes when opening it...It's becoming impossible to use it for web development.
I would expect for you guys to use Vivaldi in your own web development...does not seem so. Else this would be fixed long ago
