Love them or hate them, regular notifications need to be managed. And what better (or easier) way than to do that in your browser? Letโs take a look.

@stardepp Olga was first, you were second.

This article is very useful.

Regarding the "Window Panel notifications" it would be great to configure colors instead of only italics. Also for the small triangles at the tabs. I would prefer red for example to see it more clearly ...
-
@usslnx thanks for that; interesting. Didn't change it for me though. I think I might have let O&O ShutUp10 turn too many things off... But that's probably not a bad thing.

Top tip if you're seeing unwanted notifications and can't figure out why they appear:
Visit
vivaldi://serviceworker-internals
and "Unregister" any unwanted sites. -

Yes, please colour the triangle since when the changed tab is within a minimized tab stack you can't figure out what tab triggers the notification.

Just a small thing, but isn't the option actually called "Detect Page Title Notifications"?
At least that's the case for Vivaldi 2.6.1566.44

Thank you! I changed my SE From DuckDuckGo to Startpage and I like it so far . From VIVALDI for ANDROID. Could you point me to Vivaldi mail notification on ANDROID, please? I get the emails but there's no notifications on Vivaldi for Android.
Thank you all in advance! Thank you for this browser ,for the webmail ,etc!
Gracias!
Kind regards! -
It would also be handy if clicking a windows notification actually took to the tab that raised it.

I came to this page trying to learn how to view Vivaldi notifications. My OS pops up notifications also as Vivaldi generates them, but they don't supply any direct to the page that created the notification. So I look within Vivaldi for the notifications some place and cannot find yet. What am I missing? Thanks!
