Some Idea to keep fully customization for the browser;
when clicking each of the [ ⋮ ] could bring down a horizontal float panel revealing the full set for Tabs, Navigation, Addresses, Bookmarks, Extensions;

also a option when clicking the active Tab, for revealing all set of tabs in adition from clicking [ ⋮ ];

some space probably being reserved after [ 🗀 ] Bookmarks for Drag-And-Drop moving the browser window, limiting the number of extension displayed depending on the resolution;

and some other symbol to represent Status Bar icon all Drop-Down floating panels when clicking these [ ⋮ ] options;
