Blank Startpage

Once in a while I start running with a blank startpage, showing no speed-dials as normal on first start up. It has appeared on my Windows and my Linux computers.
Has anybody made a similar experience?
You just click the startpage-symbol and get rid of it, but it's strange though.

I only use uBlock Origin

As far as I remember I've just started with my PC and opened Vivaldi as my first task
