Help on bringing Tab contextual menu to Right contextual menu

JUMP TO IMPORTANT TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE POINT
So i just found this particular side of the forum today morning. I have been posting all around for help with 2 features i need implemented on Vivaldi.
I am using this browser for 1 month now as my main one, i have had Vivaldi installed for over 2 years now, but i uninstalled Firefox 1 month ago and i am happy to be a proud Vivaldi main user.
Regardless, there are a few things i had working on Firefox for a long time, and i am honestly used to them, so it would be very nice if someone could help me get closer to having this features on Vivaldi.
This are my 2 other threads requesting for help in this regard (sorry i did not made this in here in the first place).
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/37664/save-image-to-folder-with-double-right-click-gesture/3
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/37665/context-menu-option-to-open-link-in-another-window
Long story short the 2 request i am doing are this:
1) Quick save image without save dialog box in custom folder with double right click gesture.
2) Opening links & sending tabs into a different Vivaldi Window opened in a different monitor option in the right click contextual menu.
So, for the first request (quick image save with double right click) thing honestly this is something that i have found extremely useful in my life, being able to save pictures by double right clicking is something i miss dearly every single day, i work at a local newspaper and sometimes i need to save pictures in a folder QUICK to upload a small folder for someone to review, i know it sounds lazzy to say this, but i am used to do this only by using the mouse, adding the keyboard makes it a horrible experience. :smiling_face_with_open_mouth_cold_sweat:
IMPORTANT
On the other hand i was wondering if someone here could help me with something to solve my second problem (Being able to send and open links in new tab), that is you already have this option on Vivaldi here: (This is a capture of the menu when you right click over a tab)
So when you right click over a tab you do indeed have the option i am looking for, but i was wondering if someone could help me get that option in the right click contextual menu, just above everything where the red circle is shown (that is above Open Link in New Tab, this is a capture of the menu when you right click over a link)
EXTRA:
So it would also be nice if you could have the options inside the tab menu "Move tab To" NOT INSIDE A SUB MENU but just one right click away, meaning that i wont have to right click and then scroll down and enter a another menu as its the case now, it would be nice to just right click and send into a different window.
Thank you so much for reading.

@hyfrehyfre I am no expert on customising, but from what I read before it is very difficult to customise the menus with a mod.
More than 240 users have voted for Allow Editing of Menus, which is a very old feature request.
I suspect that it would have been implemented by now if it was not difficult to do.

Oh thank you... and thank you for your answers on the other thread i see you are a regular in here.
I dont know anything about programming also, but this features as dumb as they seem they do help differentiate positively from other browsers, i hope the Vivaldi stuff is aware of the need of this small changes to make the experience smoother.
Thanks.

You can't create context menus at any position, they'll always appear in the "extensions" area of the context menu, next to the "ad block" entry in your screenshot.
This is already possible as an extension:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/open-in-specific-window/nkgphogbgnehgdfkpiknbdnjaamlbgmo?hl=en-GBBut that extension has a sub-menu. If you can find the code you could try to modify it to not use one.

@hyfrehyfre
regarding your wish number 1 i don't have a proper answer, but here's what i do: i have a great imagus extension that i use for the purpose of resolving bigger images from small image thumbnails on most of the sites i use. basically when you hover mouse over photo it shows it to you at a full size. at that point you can click ctrl+s and the file will be quicksaved to the disk. so it can be very fast to quicksave several. i'm sure there are some more specialized extensions but i never found the need to move from this, it's one of my favorites regarding the workflow.as for your wish number 2, like everyone said it's currently impossible. to be frank, it's possible but i suspect it involves changing obfuscated files that are overwritten on every vivaldi update so it would be nightmarish to maintain them in the long run (just 2.5 had 3 releases)

COOL !!! thank for "open in specific window" that is almost exactly what i was looking for, sorry to bother, how can i take it OUT of the sub menu, is a non sense i know, you mentioned that one can modify this code? where? and how?, will this code prevails Between vivaldi updates?
Than you so much for this, you are awesome.

I installed Imagus and ctrl + S works great, just wish there was a way to change it double right click, or double middle mouse click, just something to quick save with one hand. Thank you so much.
Do you or anyone reading this knows of a way to make a gesture like "double right click" to control actions on the right menu??, because i already have a extension called "save image router":
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-image-router/pkimacjjcahflldkhofmdjlelllacbil
This extension already helped on creating a folder to save pictures, i wish there was a way to program double right click to access it... i fell so close yet so far...
Thank you so much for your answer.

@hyfrehyfre for editing the context menu you would need to edit the source code if the application (I was assuming that you would easily understand that, perhaps I was incorrect in that assumption).
Alternatively you could contact the developer of this extension and ask them to add it as a feature.
