I all but stopped using reddit because of vivaldi. The plots on the history page were putting me to shame. (I shall not be sharing screenshots).
But these are good tips all the same. If I might offer my own advice:
The domains "old.reddit.com" and "i.reddit.com" are both still accessible despite reddit's attempts to drive people away from them, and are far faster and less distracting if you're trying to find something in particular.

@LonM Yea, new Reddit version is an unreadable mess...
That's why I prefer to browse it via unoficcial mobile client "Reddit is fun" - it gives far more better experience

But web panels are always running in the background using up resources, whether they are in use or not. They should hibernate
Great article even for a non-Reddit user (so far). I already have far too many Web Panels, most of which I now consider essential. I was watching the video on Web Panels in Vivaldi (link in the article) and they seem to be grouped. How is that done? Something else I must have missed! Doh!
@greybeard: I think what you're seeing is the box with icons you can pick from when you create a new Web Panel?
@OlgaA yes, long string of Web Panels. Settings "Gear" icon is now below the status bar somewhere.
