Mac desktop - can't post photos to Instagram

After about a week of successfully adding photos to Instagram using Vivaldi on my desktop Mac, I suddenly cannot add my images. The "+" icon for adding photos is nowhere to be found.
I haven't changed a thing.... very frustrating.

@dianedanthony sorry for the trouble. This issue has been reported a couple of times already on the forum. We found a bug
and the developer are looking into a fix. Please follow VB-48590 in the future change logs. Hopefully they'll find a fix soon. 
In the meantime I'm closing this thread, we'll post an update here once it's solved:
